I'm back -- yet again!

Well, cyber space, I am back one more time. Maybe this time around I can get it right. The whole blogging adventure has been a love/hate thing for me. Its hard to remember to do it and then I feel like I have nothing important to say. But I decided to go ahead and write whatever is on my mind. People like me, darnit, and they may just want to read what I have to say. (This last statement remains to be seen, of course!) I have a couple of friends who started blogs and it seemed like a hassle to me, but it inevitably sucked me back in. I'm so weak. *hangs head in shame*

Now for a bit of background info. Three kids in the casa now! I know, crazy, right?? J is 5.5 now and S is 3 and the new one, N, is 1. They keep me busy, needless to say. Cory is deployed...again. Kinda like a broken record, huh? I won't delve too deep into that one for now. Just depressing.

So, what else is new? Hmmm... I am trying my hand at home schooling the rugrats. So far it has been a on again/off again thing, but J doesn't officially start Kindergarten until next year, so this was a practice run. The real decision is yet to come. The boy is very socially oriented, so school might end up happening after all. We shall see...

I am running. Yep, you heard it here first. I know, I know, its very hard to believe. But I am doing it and I am doing it pretty darn well, thank you very much. I have logged 22.5 miles for this month. That's a lot of running!! I was hoping to log much more by the end of the month, but with three kids you take what you can get. So I will take it and run with it. Pun intended. I plan to run my very first 5K at the beginning of next month. God willing and the creek don't rise, of course!

Ok guys, that's it for tonight. I've got soooo much stuff to write about and so little time to do it, but I promise to be back sooner. Not that much of anyone cares, but I will do it nonetheless. And if you do care, well, kudos to you AND me!
